About Us
We understand what it
is like to worry about a work visa and Green card.
Mr. Nolan lived
in Japan and had a Japanese work visa. As the owner of the office he has
worried about losing important employees because of immigration problems.
We also want you and
your employees to get their visas and Green cards
fast. Since the
Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) getting slower in approving
visas the best thing we can do is file the right documents as fast as
possible. For most H-1B visas we file within 1 week!
To help you and your
employees, Mr. Nolan has invested in a state-of-the-art computer system.
We have a custom-made database that helps us file your case as fast as
possible and warns us when you or your employee's work visas will expire
far enough in advance so we help get a new one with no disruption of work
or travel plans.
We also keep your most
important documents stored in our computer system as electronic images.
This way he can find important documents almost instantly. We use one of
the best database programs to prepare your INS forms so that they can be
done fast.
Mr. Nolan has been an
immigration attorney since 1987 and has helped 1,000
of people get
work visas and "green cards".
He has recently been a featured on CNNfn
and Bloomberg TV as an expert on business immigration. Before he opened
his office he was a vice president of the mergers and acquisition
department at one of the largest Japanese investment banks. Before joining
the bank he completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the
Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
