An Individual Work Visa
What is
a work visa?
A work visa allows you to work only for your company for a fixed time,
usually between 2-7 years depending on the type of visa. You cannot work
for anyone else. Your spouse can live with you in the US, but cannot work
unless he/she has his/her own visa. Your children can attend school and do
not need a special student visa until they become 21 years old.
You can usually get a work visa between 3-6 months after request it.
What is a "green card"?
A "green card" (GC) allows you to live permanently in the U.S.
and work for any company you wish or be self-employed. Your spouse can
also obtain a GC with you with the same benefits. Your children can also
get a GC with you as long as they are younger than 21 years old when INS
approves your card.
It generally takes between 2-6 years for most people to get a GC. Because
it takes so long to get a GC most people get a work visa first and stay in
the U.S. and apply for a GC while working on their work visa.
Many people have turned to us to help them get work visas and "green
cards", including people in difficult or complicated situations. You
can be sure you will receive the same top-quality professional support
they received.
(Please
pick one. You can come back for the other option later)
